How are your wax melts and candles made?

Each of our wax melts and candles is hand-poured in small batches using 100% natural soy wax and the finest fragrance oils. We craft every product with care to ensure a clean, long-lasting scent and an eco-friendly burn.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, always. Our soy wax melts and candles are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and made without parabens, phthalates, or harmful additives.

How long do your wax melts last?

Our soy wax melts are designed to provide up to 8–12 hours of beautiful fragrance per piece, depending on the scent and the type of burner used.

How does the subscription box work?

Our Monthly Wax Melt Subscription Box is a flexible, no-commitment service. Each month, you'll receive a curated selection of exclusive, seasonal wax melts delivered straight to your door. You can pause or cancel anytime.

How do I care for my wax melts and candles?

For safety and best results, please follow our Wax Melt & Candle Safety Guide available on our website. Always use a suitable burner, never leave unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Packaging & Sustainability

We take pride in our eco-conscious packaging, using materials that are biodegradable, recyclable, and secure. On rare occasions, candles may break during transit. If this happens, we’ll replace the item for you right away—just let us know!

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

• Returns are made at your own cost, so we recommend using tracked and insured postage to protect against loss or damage.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 5–10 working days. If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photographic evidence, and we’ll resolve the issue ASAP.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred by your bank or card provider while waiting for refunds.
